Gentle, responsive support for your baby’s sleep

Sleep doesn't need to be something you teach or fix.

You don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we'll explore your baby’s sleep through the lens of infant development, neuroscience, attachment and your family's unique circumstances.

My goal isn't to give you a rigid schedule or a list of things you should be doing. It's to help you understand what's happening, make sense of your child's needs, and find an approach that feels sustainable and right for your family.

Reframing infant sleep

There is so much expectation around how babies should sleep, but not nearly enough understanding of how infant sleep actually works.

Babies aren't designed to sleep like adults. Their sleep changes as their brains and nervous systems develop, and waking, needing support to fall asleep and seeking closeness are often a normal part of this process.

My work is about helping families understand what is developmentally normal, what may be contributing to their child's sleep, and what support might genuinely be helpful.

One-on-One Nurtured Sleep Support

For families with babies from birth to 3 years

This might be for you if...

You're exhausted by conflicting sleep advice.

You're wondering whether your baby's sleep is "normal".

You're struggling with naps, bedtime or frequent waking.

You're wondering whether you're creating "bad habits".

You want support without sleep training or leaving your baby to cry.

You simply want to understand your child's sleep and development better.

Together, we'll look at the whole picture.

Because sleep doesn't happen in isolation.

Your child's developmental stage

What's happening in their brain and nervous system right now?

Their sleep patterns

Sleep cues, sleep needs, naps, bedtime, night waking and transitions.

Connection and regulation

How closeness, co-regulation and emotional safety influence sleep.

Your family's rhythms

Your routines, circumstances, values and what is actually sustainable for you.

Feeding and other needs

Where relevant, we'll consider feeding, comfort, separation, teething, illness and other factors that may influence sleep.

Your intuition

What are you noticing? What feels right? What would you like to change—and what are you actually happy with?

WHAT SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE

You complete a detailed intake form so I can understand your child's sleep, development and your family's circumstances before we meet.

A personalised up to 90 minutes session where we explore what's happening, make sense of the bigger picture and discuss possible approaches together

You receive practical, individualised recommendations based on your child's developmental needs and your family's goals.

Two weeks of email support related to your personalised plan, so you don't have to navigate the changes alone.

No sleep training.

No cry-it-out.

No one-size-fits-all plans.

Just compassionate, evidence-informed support that respects your child's development and your family's needs.
